Maintenance contracts

We offer you maintenance contracts with a variety of terms and scopes of services so that your products are properly maintained and up to date at all times.

The maintenance services for hardware products include the following:

• Safety check (check of the mechanical and electrical safety); function check to verify the operating data; cleaning and adjustment
• Repairs
• Safety checks according to the German Medical Products Operator Ordinance (MPBetriebV) (EN60601)

We maintain your software products by providing current updates at least four times a year. This can be done via the hotline, ISDN/VPN remote maintenance, or on-site service.
